Important CRB Disclosure Information

We require all artists to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB on the date that they join the database. In some cases, we have processed the disclosure ourselves. Where an artist's disclosure has been processed by another registered body, we have made every effort to check the disclosure information.  In these cases, at the very least we have checked with the registered body the artist's disclosure certificate number.

However, these checks do not relieve teachers of their child protection responsibilities and their duty of care towards their students.  If you choose to employ an artist from our database, it is your responsibility as an employer to make adequate checks before employing that artist and to implement a proper child protection policy.
